Invests the Philippines' most outstanding real estate development project assets into the McKinley Meta.N's business.
McKINLEY Group signed a primary construction agreement on February 9, 2023 with Puerto Princesa, Palawan, to appoint China Construction, the top-ranked construction company worldwide, as the designated contractor for the Davao Central City project.
McKinley Group has invested in two land properties, with land rights valued at approximately USD 150 million. These properties will be developed into a 7-story resort-style 5-star hotel residence with a casino complex, located on 4.8 hectares of beachfront land in Palawan, just 15 minutes from the Palawan Puerto Princesa International Airport. Additionally, a 40-story landmark-class 5-star hotel residence will be developed in Davao City, across from Ayala Mall in the central city, and designed by Heerim Architecture, Korea's No. 1 design firm.
McKinley Group and Meta.N share the common goal of increasing the DAG basket, and as part of this objective, they have decided to convert a specific amount of revenue-type real estate assets into NFTs and add them to the DAG NFT basket.
